Mold Around Water Heater After Leak

This home had a water damage after the water heater leaked.  SERVPRO was called out a week after the water damage happened.  

The water damage had affected the bathroom, hallway, and the utility closet.  Mold was beginning to grow along the baseboards in the utility closet.  

Our crew removed the vinyl flooring in the bathroom and utility closet.  The hallway had hardwood flooring and those were dried in place.  The baseboards were removed.  Some drywall was removed to access wet insulation.  The area was treated with an antimicrobial.  After the mold was removed, drying equipment was set.  The home was dry two days later and the equipment was removed.
