Florence Pipe Leak

A pipe leaked under the bathroom sink of this Florence home and caused water damage to several rooms in the finished basement.  Some areas had half an inch of standing water.  The homeowner had turned the water off and was waiting on a plumber to come look at the pipe.  

In this closet, our crew had to first remove all of the homeowner's belongings so that the water could be extracted from the carpet.  The baseboards were also removed and our crew used what is a cavity drying system to dry the interior of the wall.  In other rooms, drywall had to be removed to remove wet insulation.
