Mold on Furniture in Basement

White spots of mold began growing on several pieces of furniture in the finished basement of this home.  The basement wasn't used very often and eventually the mold grew to a thin layer.  

The growth of the mold is clearly visible on this black office chair.  The rest of the furniture in the basement was wooden and several pieces were covered in a layer similar to what you see on the chair.  

Our crew cleaned the mold from each piece.  This takes care of the visible mold.  We also use an air scrubber to remove mold spores from the air and dehumidifiers to reduce the humidity in the basement.
