This was a trying time but they came in and got busy with the cleaning and did a good job. 

Many thanks to the SERVPRO team for the quick response we received after a sprinkler pipe malfunction. Keestone has many residents that live in this community so it is urgent to resolve any damage that is sustained as efficiently as possible. The staff from SERVPRO was professional and they had the determination to return our community back to its original state. We were able to continue with our regular schedule while their workers remained in the background and were mindful of all the residents that live here at Keestone. 

Jason, I just wanted to drop a little note to thank you for all of your hard work the other day at my house. You were so kind and you gave me such a peace about the situation. 

Rico, I wanted to thank you for the job well done at my home. I was so grateful for the way you seemed to respect and care for everything. Your kind words and knowledge of your profession gave me such peace. I was so nervous and scared and you took that away. 

Allen and Jason were a delight to work with. Very professional and really took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. I really appreciated their friendly and efficient service. 

My daughter’s basement flooded back in February. The sewer line had a block and it caused her basement to flood—oh what a mess!
